Discovery Phase
Most clients want to answer one simple question: What will my project cost? The answer is that every project is different and so is every budget.
The best way to answer the question of cost and other important questions is found in the first step of our design and build process. Every one of our renovation services begins with a Discovery Phase.
The Discovery Phase is where our design team develops a plan based on our interview with you. We will get to know the details of your project requirements. The results of this process will produce a schematic design. This includes a:
- floor plan
- digital materials board
- specifications sheet and
- project program, which includes a:
- scope of work
- preliminary estimate and
- preliminary schedule range.
The preliminary estimate reflects our understanding of your project. We’ll provide you with a high- and low-range estimate based on similar units we have built. The actual costs of your project will be determined when we prepare a full set of Construction Documents.
The standard fee for a Discovery Phase is $5000.
