If you’re looking for a truly nostalgic Airstream experience, then Anacapa is your hotel suite. As the 1959 sales brochure said, “Since 1932, Airstream has been the luxurious home away from home.” The 1959 Airstream Overlander 26’ is a real star in our vintage Airstream series with its generous sleeping accommodations for four. The floorplan is all-original with a rear bath that includes a mini-tub, sink, and full-height toilet. The home-style water heater provides ample hot water storage for a nice warm shower.
Late ‘50s design meets modern functionality in a kitchen that offers appliances that include a double stainless sink, commercial-style sprayer faucet, water filter, soap dispenser, convection microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The classic dining nook, with two booth-style seats facing each other, is the perfect place to share a meal, work or play card games.
